As a long-time resident with a background in banking and architectural design, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of responsible development and fiscal management. My experience on Greenwood Village's Planning and Zoning Commission has given me a unique understanding of our community's issues. I’m committed to using my skills to promote efficiency, public safety, and smart growth. Upholding various board positions, I‘ve learned to listen to diverse perspectives and balance competing interests. I aim to preserve our high quality of life while promoting development that benefits our community. I will work to engage with residents, business owners, and other stakeholders to understand their concerns and find solutions that work for everyone.

As Katrin's neighbor for almost 11 years, I've seen her commitment to the community first hand. Through serving as a Board Member on my neighborhood's homeowners association, and continuing to contribute to its success after her term ended, Katrin prioritizes her community. My wife Sharon and I have been residents of Greenwood Village, District 4 for over 20 years. Throughout our very enjoyable residency we have come to know and appreciate Katrin Mezger. We have observed her commitment to our neighborhood of Coral Place where she served as board member of the HOA and even before and after her term continues to be an active contributor and a positive force.
Katrin approaches issues with intelligence and insight, with dedication and efficiency and with humility and good will. Her efforts have lead to improved financial stability, implementation of procedures to aid the accomplishment of major and minor issues of our community such as snow removal and landscaping, fencing and overall maintenance and to resolution of issues among neighbors.
Through my experience in observing Katrin and in working with her, I believe that her experience, knowledge, ability and dedication to Greenwood Village and particularly district 4 evince her outstanding qualifications to be our next representative on Greenwood Village City Council.
